1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Stark Industries, trading as Trendy Saloon ("Modern Saloon"), a beauty salon operating in the United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website, book appointments, or purchase our services. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and clients of Trendy Saloon.
2. Services Offered
Trendy Saloon provides professional beauty and grooming services, including but not limited to haircuts, styling, coloring, skincare treatments, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application. All services are subject to availability and are provided at our premises located in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Payments and Refunds
All prices for services and products are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A valid credit card may be required to secure bookings. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Refunds are not provided for completed services, but we will address any dissatisfaction on a case-by-case basis. Product purchases may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking appointments or purchasing services. You must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before receiving any treatment. You are responsible for arriving on time for your appointment; late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling. You must behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, intoxicated, or disruptive.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Trendy Saloon website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Stark Industries and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent. The brand name "Trendy Saloon" and tagline "Modern Saloon" are trademarks of Stark Industries.
6. Limitation of Liability
Trendy Saloon and Stark Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, hair damage, or skin irritation, unless caused by gross negligence. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
